Do you buy your US stocks in Wealth Simple?
@@yeseniagonzalezramos8621 I usually buy in td
TD now has Partial Share but not for DRIP Programs like WealthSimple does, and TD charges large Commissions, unlike WealthSimple free commissions.

Only 50 free trades with TD Easy Trade. Every trades is commission free at WealthSimple. And what about the DRIPs?

I came across your channel through this video-case studies are incredibly valuable, and I'm eager to see more in the future! Building wealth involves establishing routines, like consistently setting aside funds at regular intervals for smart investments.
People believe their currency has the worth it does because they have no other option. Even in a hyperinflationary environment, individuals must continue to use their hyperinflationary currency since they likely have minimal access to other currencies or gold/silver coins
Uncertainty... it took me 5 years to stop trying to predict what bout to happen in market based on charts studying, cause you never know. not having a mentor cost me 5 years of pain I learn to go we’re the market is wanting to go and keep it simple with discipline.
This aligns perfectly with my desire to organize my finances prior to retirement. Could you provide me with access to your advisor?

TD has now introduced purchasing Partial Shares, but get this. Your auto DRIP reinvesting of Dividends paid still do not use Partial Shares? This is the main reason for Partial Shares. Best to have all your DRIP plans with WealthSimple which does invest DRIP Dividends in partial Shares. WealthSimple wins hands down over TD.
You can now open a USD Account at WealthSimple.
All great questions.
I just tried signing up but I noticed Nigeria is not part of the country that they accept passport as a form of identity verification

Can I know which method you used to save to be able to pay for your down payment if it ain’t personal? Also for your mortgage payment do you pay the total amount from your rent or you top it ?
How do you navigate with the interest rate during this period?
Well done!
Too expensive to live in the city unless you’re comfortable living in the hood. That’s why newer suburbs modeled in 2015+ are making outlets and playgrounds for consumers to spend their money within the suburbs, rather than in the city.
hello i wanted to know - will all these accounts will be accessible to me as im a newcomer to canada on a work permit
Very insightful. Thank you Reni
You have your dad's whole face! Sound advice 🫰🏽✨
I have to admit, I absolutely HATE being paid twice a month as compared to being paid every other week. Reason being that your actual paydays fluctuate in any given month, even though they're supposed to be on the same date. Also if you're with a bank vs a credit union, sometimes you get paid a day early, sometimes not. And if your scheduled pay date falls on a weekend, your check won't hit your bank until the following Monday. So my wife and I often go two and a half weeks or more between paychecks, just based on what day the 7th and 21st happen to fall on. So when you're living paycheck to paycheck, it really makes already tough budgets on hyperinflated groceries even harder to stretch for. Sorry lol rant over. Great video

Hi Reni, Thank you for this video! I have a question as a new international student. I used the calculator, and it says my contribution limit will be $7000. My question is, would this be my limit every year if I make a $7000 contribution to the TFSA account, or would my limit increase each year and would I be able to contribute more as the years go by? Thank you!
@@Kikiwealth hi! The limit changes every year. For 2024 it will be $7000. Next year let’s say the contribution limit stays the same. That means you’d have $14,000 of contribution room assuming you haven’t contributed yet. Let me know if that helps!
And he couldn't stress this enough 😅! No but seriously, we hear you Sir🫡
